The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door into the open-concept space. Once you step inside, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen ready for you to prepare meals throughout your stay and a living room which has a SmartTV for entertainment and a comfortable futon.
Head down the hallway to reach the bathroom with a shower. At the end of the hall is the cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
Stepping outside, our charming patio with outdoor furniture and a Roku TV which is a perfect spot to relax and for outdoor enjoyment!
NOTE: The pavilion clubhouse in the neighborhood is strictly off-limits to all guests. Please inquire if you have further questions.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in Sanctuary at Green Mountain, a community of tiny homes with lovely views. We have easy access to major highways and interstates. We are also near adventure and nature parks like Goldsmith Schiffman, Madison County Nature Trail, J.D. & Annie S. Hays Nature Preserve, and more! Only a 9-minute drive to Walmart Supercenter!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Summary: The property was clean and generally enjoyable. The futon mattress has minimal cushion and the metal bars can be felt when you sit on it. It is also very low to the ground so it can be hard to get up from sitting on it. There were no blankets or other additional bedding in the property beside what was on the main bed. The shower has no shelf to place soap or other items. Soap and items have to go on the shower floor. There was only 1 bath towel provided although two guests were registered. I didn’t request additional bedding or towels so I don’t know if they would be provided upon request.

Summary: We wanted to give you a review of our stay, as well. These units have great potential in the area but some serious changes need to be made. 1. Everything in working order upon arrival. Shower door (as reported) was loose and lost a bracket on first use. Towel holder in bathroom is loose from the wall. 2. Bed linen is yellowed and torn. Not inviting. Pillows are not quality. 3. Only one set of towels and one single face towel were available. There needs to be at least two sets of towels for a 4-5 day stay. 4. There are no linen towels in the kitchen. There was 1/2 roll of paper towels only. 5. There was a used roll of tissue in the bathroom and only one extra roll. There should be at least one roll for every other day. 6. Furniture in the living room was horrible; could not even sit on futon it is so broken down and used. We brought in a chair from outside in order to have two places to sit. Again, this concept has great potential and we would use again if updates were made. The space was adequate and entry easy to get in. Hope to be able to use again as we relocate to the area and invite friends and family to visit.

Summary: This is a very nice place to stay! Very clean and spacious, we would stay here again. It was a perfect location for us and it is in a very beautiful area. Very quiet neighborhood as well. It was helpful to have good restaurants and shops nearby. It would have been nice to have a clothes washer and dryer but it looks like that will be installed before too long. Thanks for the nice place to stay!

Summary: Beautiful property with foothill views tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough that if you need something it's not a long drive. I would definitely recommend this property!
